(Charlotte, NC - June 15, 2017) — ARK Group, developer of the Avidxchange Music Factory, just announced that a new tenant will take over the Label Nightclub space in September of this year. The new concept will be called “World” and will be a multi-use nightlife and event center. World will be owned and operated by Kandy Bar owner, Gennaro Vitale. He brings over 25 years of experience to this brand new venue at the Music Factory. They plan to bring major DJ’s and artists from all over the world to the 18,000 square foot mega club to further add to the thriving entertainment options available at the Music Factory, Charlotte’s premier entertainment destination.
“We are very excited to welcome Gennaro and his team to the Music Factory. He has a proven track record of producing world class events and we are looking forward to the energy this venue will bring to the project”, commented ARK Group President, Noah Lazes.
“We have been watching the growth of the Music Factory for a long time and the timing is right for us to open a new concept here in Charlotte that will complement the stellar mix of entertainment offerings at the Music Factory.
